Gwyn is lucky, and when I say lucky I mean extremely lucky. She was born premature with underdeveloped lungs and her mother died during delivery. No one expected Gwyn to live, or if she did she'd never be able to breathe well. Not only did she live, her lungs fully developed. Later they found out she has a strange allergy to many materials used in most textiles (cotton, wool, and polyester), so she was the only kid to wear a silk dress to school in her hometown of Yorktown Virginia. Her extreme luck comes at a price though, one she didn't come to realize till she was 15, she and a group of friends from school went to a party and on the way back their car was in a head on collision at 60mph, of the 6 friends who went to the party, only she lived... Since then many of those who gets close to her starts to have terribly bad luck, her first boyfriend lost his job and started failing school while they were dating. After graduation she took a trip across the U.S. And stopped in Vegas, she on a whim thew a quarter in a machine, she won the jackpot of $10,000 on the first coin. After the trip she moved to Chicago. There she went into playing table games. One day she beat a rigged game in a mafia run casino, the mafia didn't like that so they tracked her down. In the confrontation they told her to pay up one way or the other. She handed over the money, but she couldn’t stand by while these people continued to bully those weaker then them. So she took up the name “Roulette” and started her night job of being a vigilante...

Skills and powers

She has luck based powers, she's incredibly lucky but anyone she makes contact with gets a stroke of bad luck (some say she steals their luck). this is both a bane and a boon.
She has a weird skin allergy to most textiles so she wears leather and silk.
She has a 1909 vdb Wheat Penny with a small hole in it that she got in a handful of change (proof of her insanely good luck)
Because of her luck she tends to be cocky and reckless.
She is uses her luck powers to her extreme advantage in casinos. Has gotten her suspected for cheating but has yet to be evidenced against.

Her weapons are a Smith & Wesson 38 Special and a Tanto blade when she's Roulette, or a DA 38 Derringer when she's Gwyn.
Can make a "lucky" shot against enemy's to hit a weak spot or something around them to case massive damage, Ex. If fighting a blob monster in a factory would end up missing and ricocheting into a Liquid Nitrogen canister. She does this by kissing the bullet before loading it as if playing Russian Roulette.
